Accounting / Finance Staff (Full-time)

Job Description

Outsourcing services supporting accounting and bookkeeping for SMEs. You will be in charge of around 7–8 companies, always backed up by a two-person team plus a sales representative, ensuring reliability.

Main Tasks:
Accounting: Payment processing, accounts receivable/payable management, creation of payment data, preparation and updating of cash flow statements
Bookkeeping: Journal entries, input into accounting software (freee, Money Forward, Yayoi, etc.), monthly data delivery to tax accountants, support for software migration
Payroll: Handling payroll for several hundred to 3,000 employees, depending on experience
Business Process Improvement: Modifying Excel and VBA, setting up attendance/expense systems, supporting DX promotion

Region: Region: Based in Nagoya, mainly serving SMEs in Aichi, Gifu, and Mie.

Technical Staff (Business Improvement & IT Support / Full-time)

Job Description

As a member of our Business Improvement Team based at the Nagoya HQ, you will support SME accounting and bookkeeping in Aichi, Gifu, and Mie using IT and technology to build efficient systems.

Main Tasks:
Reviewing and proposing improvements for business processes
Supporting implementation and operation of RPA, AI, cloud tools, and Excel macros
Setting up and optimizing attendance, expense, and accounting systems
Standardizing workflows in collaboration with internal and external teams
Designing mechanisms to streamline accounting, bookkeeping, and labor processes

Work Location

Nagoya HQ (Naka-ku, Nagoya City)

Working Conditions

Complete 5-day work week (Sat, Sun, National Holidays off) – 124 days annual leave
Average overtime: under 10 hours/month
Monthly Salary: 230,000 – 350,000 yen (depending on experience/skills)
Bonus: Once per year
Salary Increase: Once per year
Full social insurance coverage
Commuting allowance (up to 20,000 yen/month)

Qualifications Required

Accounting Staff: At least 1 year of accounting/bookkeeping experience, and obtain Japan Bookkeeping Exam Level 2 within 1 year of employment (not required if already certified)
Technical Staff: Interest and willingness to learn Excel functions, macros, RPA, AI, etc.

Encouragement for obtaining advanced qualifications such as Bookkeeping Level 1 and Certified Social Insurance and Labor Consultant
